Carpenter Denim

Denim for Denim’s Sake.

Crafted from 100% cotton carpenter denim originally produced in 1998, this pair began as a rare bulk headstock find — authentic workwear with history woven into every thread. At Forever Changing, sourcing pieces like this is intentional. We seek out existing materials and rework them sustainably, transforming forgotten stock into something entirely new.

Each pair undergoes a custom in-house dye process, shifting traditional blue denim into a rich, heritage brown tone that deepens the workwear character.

The back pockets are finished with 19,000 stitches of detailed embroidery, adding subtle structure and signature identity.

The lower left leg features our signature Running Man Stacking His Claim design — executed in 54,000 stitches — engineered and embroidered entirely in-house.

Every step of this process, from dye to embroidery, is done internally. This level of control allows us to experiment, refine, and create garments that feel intentional — not mass-produced.
